Transformational Coaching
Transformational coaching is based on an understanding of the chakra System and the "foundational life principles" it reveals. These principles are the framework through which our personal evolution takes place.
The Chakra / Energy System is the juncture between body, mind and spirit and holds the blueprint of our essential nature: wholeness. It provides a clear, highly-organized model for understanding the individual “Self” and its role within the larger web of life.
First we "clear and restore", then we learn to be the "creators" of our life rather the victims of it.
1. We see how our personality, beliefs and behavior where shaped and imposed on our true nature, creating conflict between body, mind and spirit and disconnecting us from our source of power and wisdom.
We learn to release the energy trapped in our system as a result of this conflict, open to the flow of life force and reconnect the three aspects of our being, activating the power of wholeness within us.
2. The ability to “create” is an inherent human quality – a natural law active within us that does not require our conscious participation. Our ability to “create our lives” is greatly enhanced by our understanding and conscious use of this law.
Conscious creation is the result of the alchemy that takes place when our personal vision merges with our personal power/energy. Transformational Coaching serves this process.

The Transformational Coaching Process
This is a three-fold process of personal exploration through the energy system. It blends ancient wisdom and state-of-the-art transformational technologies to reestablish balance – opening each energy center to its fullness and accessing the power and potential of the whole.
1. Accessing the Life Force
We explore each chakra (1-7) and discover where our life force is restricted. As we dissolve these "blocks" and restore balance, we access our inherent power and reestablish the organic evolutionary flow towards an experience of authentic freedom.
2. Accessing Consciousness
We access the world of ideas and wisdom as well as the source of our personal vision (7-1). As we consciously engage and direct the process of “creation”, we follow the 7 distinct stages of manifestion (as revealed through the chakras) and transform our dreams into reality.
3. Transitioning
We move from “what is” to “what could be”. Eliminating energy drains and strengthening energy enhancers, we create congruency between our commitments and desires – accessing guidance from a personal vision we may not yet be conscious of.
